Wakuwaku Producer

Waku Waku Brewery is located in Ishikawa Prefecture, which is in the western part of Japan, and which is known for its pure water and clean soil.

Weizen is available at 930 Kiosk shops as the beer of Japan Railway, and is sold on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line of super-express trains running between Tokyo and Kanazawa.

Each month, 60,000 cans of Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Beer are sold.

Japanese Craft Beer from Kanazawa

No artificial flavor or additives.

No GMO ingredients. Sustainably produced craft beer, made primarily from home-grown ingredients: rather than using imported malt, barley or wheat, Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Beer is made with two-row and six-row barley, grown locally in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

The main adjunct used for Koshihikari Ale is Koshihikari rice grown at Waku Waku’s rice paddies throughout Ishikawa.

The low-temperature malt drying processing technique preserves GABA components in the malt, which can help with relaxation and help reduce high blood pressure, making Waku Waku beers a healthy choice.
